It’s free of charge.

  1. Where can I change my member information?

You can modify it from My Account.

  1. I have forgotten my password, can I get it reissued?

You can access the reissue process from the Reset Password Form.

  1. I have forgotten my e-mail address and password, can I get them reissued?

We are sorry for the inconvenience but you would have to register again with a new e-mail address.


  1. Are the Videos restricted to 360°?

Since our service concept is to share experiences, we restrict our movies to 360°.

  1. What Video Formats are supported

We are using Vimeo’s server, MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, FLV etc. For additional details Please visit Vimeo’s Help Center.

  1. What is the Video size Capacity?

We have limited it to 3GB per Video

  1. What content is prohibited?

Any video related to sexual, violence, discrimination, harmful, unpleasant or containing copyright infringement are prohibited. For additional details, see article 12.5 of the Terms of Use.

  1. Can I upload a Video that is over 3 minute?

We have restricted Videos to 3 minute or less, any Video exceeding 3 minute will be automatically cut at 3 minute.

  1. I’m having problems with my Uploads, Why?

We ask that you first look at the Video kind, size, format, and length. In the event that the Issue cannot be resolved, we apologize for any inconvenience but please reach us at the Contact Form.

  1. Do you know the reason why the video I uploaded was deleted?

There is the possibility that the video had Inappropriate content as stated in article 12.5 of the Terms of Use or the content was removed due to not being seen in over 1 month as stated in article 12.6 of the Terms of Use.

Purchase and Payment

  1. How much is 1 support point?

The point is worth One Japanese Yen (JPY1). For more details, see article 11 of the Terms of Use.

  1. Is there an expiration for support points?

The points expire in 90 days. For more details, see article 11 of the Terms of Use.

  1. May I able to turn purchased points into money?

It is not allowed. For more details, see article 11 of the Terms of Use.

  1. What are the payment methods?

We accept Credit cards.

  1. How much are Contents?

In the case of pay movies, points will be listed in the description, and it is free if there is no points listed on the description. For additional details, see article 12.2 of the Terms of Use.

  1. How much is the royalty?

You receive 70% of points that you get. For additional details, see article 12.2 of the Terms of Use.

  1. How do I collect my royalties?

When the credits reach the minimum amount for conversion which is JPY 1,000, the user may apply for the conversion payment for the cost of JPY 100, which shall be made on or before the last day of the second month following the month the application was filed. For additional details, see article 13 of the Terms of Use.

Membership cancellation

  1. Are there any cautions when cancelling my membership?

You will be unable to use all functions such as deletion of content, collecting royalties, etc. For additional details, see article 15 of the Terms of Use.

  1. My membership seems to have been terminated, what’s the reason behind it?

There is a possibility that the account met conditions that correspond to article 15.3 of the Terms of Use.
